A decent place to call home allows families to save more, invest in education, pursue opportunities and achieve financial stability. We operate Homeownership and Repair programs to provide local families with safe, affordable housing.
Homeownership
Habitat families are called partners because we work together to ensure long term success with homeownership through financial skills training, understanding home maintenance and repairs, and how to maintain good relations with neighbors.
Partners are chosen based on need and the ability to pay a low-interest mortgage.
The cost of the houses is kept low by volunteers who provide labor, individual and corporate sponsors who donate money and materials, and partner families that invest hundreds of hours of work--their "sweat equity"--into building their homes and the homes of others.

Repair Program
We repair homes that are unsafe or unsanitary for elders and those who do not have the funds or the ability to do the repair for themselves
